Cancellation policy
EACH change will cost you $25.00, plus the difference in price if there is any. IE: (changing names, changing dates, etc.)
Cancellations by June 1, 2012 will be subject to a $50.00 fee.
Cancellations by June 30, 2012 will only be refunded half price for the congress pass. 
No cancellations or refunds after June 17, 2012. 
No changes or online registration will be accepted after 12:00 noon PST on June 24, 2012. 

There will be a $10.00 fee for phone orders. 

Dance team policy
From May 1, 2012 until June 14, 2012 any changes will be subject to a fee of $25 or a Cancellations.
After June 15, 2012 any changes will be subject to a fee of $50, No Cancellations After June 16th, 2012. Any Type of Change at event will be subject to $75.00 per incident.Changes at event slow the line and make everyone wait!
