Volunteers needed for the 10th Annual West Coast Salsa Congress from May 29th through June 2nd, 2008.  Please read the following very carefully and respond as indicated at the end of this announcement.   Volunteer passes are available for $50 per person and require you to work for 20 hours in order to get a full event pass (no "evening only pass" option available).

Registration/Will-Call/Workshop volunteers – 20 hours of time required pre-Congress and over the course of the Congress weekend (various shifts).  Knowledge of computers required.   Local residents only.

Store Associate/ATP Booth volunteers – 20 hours of time required over the course of the Congress weekend (various shifts).  Local residents only.
 
Performance Show Usher volunteers – 20 hours of time required over the course of the Congress weekend.  Local residents only.

 NOTE:  NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED.

MEETINGS:  MANDATORY meeting of all volunteers on Wednesday, May 21, 7:00 pm at the Radisson LAX Hotel, 6225 W. Century Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90045.  Please be on time!  You MUST bring a photocopy of your ID (driver’s license) AND your $50 check or cash.  Your department manager may schedule an additional meeting prior to the Congress.
